The Rooms:

Our Standard Rooms are 19-24 square meters.   

Furnished with two 90 cm wide beds or one 160 cm bed with furniture from Scandinavia's leading designers.

The rooms are located on floors 3 to 22 and offer nice light from them large windows

Payment, Tickets, and Changes:

What happens if I need to cancel?

All Mashup registrations are final and non-refundable. Regardless of the reason, the organizers do not offer refunds. We may, however, assist you to change the name of your ticket if you find a replacement. Payments are processed through our trusted payment providers, with accepted methods, including credit cards. Prices are specified in euros and exclude VAT.

What's included in the tickets?

All tickets come with access to networking opportunities, stage content, the event app, lunch, coffee, snacks, the gala dinner, and the karaoke afterparty.

Do I need a badge?

Yes, you'll need a badge to enter the main and side events. Pick up your badge at the head entrance's main desk at Malmö Live on the 15th of May between 14:00 - 18:00. If you arrive late, don't worry – check-in opens at 08:00 on the 16th of May at the congress entrance.

When can I check in to the event?

14:00 – 18:00 on Wednesday 15th
8:30 – 13:00 on Thursday, 16th

How do I make changes to my registration?

Any changes to your registration must be made at least one week before the event. Requests after that point will not be processed. To make ticketing changes, email support@mashup.day.

How do I go to Malmö?

Malmö serves as the Nordic port to Europe. If you're in the North of Europe, Snälltåget and SJ offer extensive train connections to Malmö from Germany and Denmark. getting off at Malmö Central Station, the walk to the venue takes 1 minute.

For those of you who are flying in, Copenhagen Airport is the nearest, just a 20-minute train ride from the venue; getting off at Malmö Central Station, the walk to the venue takes 1 minute.

How do I get to the venue?

The best way to reach the venue, Malmö Live, is by train. The venue is situated just 200 meters from Malmö Central Station. If you opt for a taxi, use the address: Dag Hammarskjölds torg 4, 211 18 Malmö. All side events and meetups are within walking distance of the venue and Malmö Central Station.

Where can I stay?
